RDWA

About Us

Our Charter is to provide the workforce to enhance the health and wellbeing of rural communities in South Australia. We are not for profit, governed by doctors, funded by government.

We’ve built our reputation over the years supporting rural GPs and recruiting for their practices but there’s much more to us than you might think.

We provide doctors and practices a complete workforce service, we support medical families and encourage rural students to work in health care.  Our services bring visiting medical specialist services and locum services to our rural communities.

Our annual report is always a great read if you want to get to know us, and Ruraldoc our quarterly newsletter has lots of detail on what’s happening.

If you have an issue you would like to discuss, please contact us anytime.
