Who

In the first instance places are available for:

  • South Australian rural origin high school students who are completing Year 12 in 2012
  • South Australian rural origin applicants eligible to apply for medicine in the 2013 university intake (eg. through tertiary transfer, students who have taken a gap year, etc)

It is expected that these students will register with the Australian Council of Educational Research (ACER) to sit the UMAT in 2012 once registrations open.
