Registrars in Rural SA

Registrars are an important component of the medical workforce in rural South Australia. Recognising this, the Rural Doctors Workforce Agency (RDWA) has implemented a number of initiatives and events to support those registrars undertaking a rural pathway in GP training.

In South Australia, GP trainees benefit from the high quality training programs delivered by the following GP Training Providers:

Adelaide to Outback GP training program
Greater Green Triangle GP Education and Training
Sturt Fleurieu GP Education and Training

The initiatives and events offered by the RDWA complement these training programs and provide additional assistance to rural GP trainees in rural and remote South Australia.
