RDWA’s Practice Support Services have expertise and key partnerships in the areas of finance, contracting, human resource, business and service planning, and information technology.
RDWA’s Practice Support Services can come into your practice to assist with just one part of your business or a full practice review.
We have great knowledge around financial viability practice structures, workforce planning, systems, processes, practice contracts and legal documentation across the domains of general practice. A Practice Health Check can assist you with identification and implementation of improvements in these areas of your practice.
Our information technology capability can provide secure, off site back up for your business, or specific advice on getting all your information programs working together as a cohesive system of information.
The national developments in workplace relations and industrial relations can be difficult to navigate. The RDWA can help. We have significant experience in the Health Practitioners and Support Services Award (HPSS) and the RDWA provides information and practical sessions throughout rural SA on a wide range of practice topics, such as dealing with the Fair Work Act requirements as well as legislative changes such as Work, Health and Safety.
