River Allied Health is a trusted healthcare provider in Renmark offering a multi-discipline and collaborative approach to assess, manage and treat a wide variety of conditions and injuries. The practice provides pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, exercise therapy, and manual therapy.

The Physiotherapist will build rapport with clients and their families and contribute to a positive work culture. A willingness to travel to townships outside of Renmark for occasional worksite or home-based assessments is desirable.

The practice is supported by an experienced team of allied health professionals, with a new multi-disciplinary facility with a disability-access gymnasium and hydrotherapy pool being built in 2025.

Criteria and experience

  • Qualified Physiotherapist
  • AHPRA registration (or pending registration for new graduates commencing work in 2025)
  • Australian Physiotherapy Board registration
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check – prior to employment
  • Vulnerable Persons Related Employment – prior to employment
  • National Police Check
  • Senior First Aid and CPR

Desirable

  • Experience in aged care sector
  • Experience in aquatic physiotherapy, swimming instruction or lifeguarding
