RDWA’s Graduate-Entry GAMSAT Preparation Grant supports South Australian rural origin undergraduate students prepare to sit the Graduate Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT) with funded access to learning resources through the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER).
The ACER learning resources include:
A GAMSAT score is part of the entry criteria for applying for post-graduate Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University. GAMSAT assesses skills in critical thinking, writing and general problem solving, and by preparing well and practicing you’ll feel more confident during the test.

You can check if your primary residence location is in an MM 2-7 in South Australia using the Health Workforce Locator online tool (Modified Monash Model 2019).
If you went to a metropolitan high school, you must be able to provide proof of your home address in a rural South Australian location.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.
