Rural Relocation Grants
If you are a new graduate starting work or a qualified primary health care professional, we can help you find the right place to work, provide support to help you get there, and help you get set up in your first year of rural practice.
Rural Relocation Grants
Rural relocation grants of up to $5,000 are available for primary health care professionals moving to priority locations in South Australia’s country communities.
The grant can be used for:
- Moving personal effects
- Buying basic whitegoods or furniture
- Rental subsidy to offset the costs associated with living in your new town for the first year.
The Applicant Guidelines provides further information about eligibility, assessment of applications and recipient obligations.
