Medical HQ has a strong family focus and provides exceptional healthcare to a diverse community in a high need location. The practice provides 24-hour emergency on-call services to the Ardrossan Community Hospital.

The practice offers variety in patient profile and clinical scope and is supported by an experienced team of GPs, nurses, and administration staff. Medical HQ is an accredited teaching practice and there is opportunity to supervise registrars.

Work hours:

• Practice: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Participation in hospital emergency roster is optional.

Qualifications considered / Experience

• Vocational Registration
• MBBS or equivalent
• Recent emergency experience, or prepared to upskill
• Ability to gain credentials as a General Practitioner - GP Emergency Medicine

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification relevant to general practice (e.g. Diploma of Child Health)
