The Role

Providing part time GP services to Mount Compass Medical Centre, this is your opportunity to practise a wide range of medicine unique to rural practice.  Adding diversity to your work day, you will also have the opportunity to supervise in this accredited teaching practice.

Standard work hours include 2 to 8 sessions per week during consulting hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm. This position does not require any after hours services.

Essential Criteria

• Vocationally Registered
• MBBS or equivalent
• Emergency medicine experience
• Able to obtain credentials as a General Practitioner in the clinical domain of GP Medicine

A postgraduate qualification relevant to general practice (e.g. Diploma of Child Health, Diploma in Obstetrics) is desirable, but not essential.

Working alongside the experienced and friendly team of local GPs and practice staff, you will enjoy the fully equipped facilities. Specialist and allied health services available onsite includes:
