This full time VR GP position in Williamstown, a smaller community nestled on the edge of the famed Barossa Valley, promises an exciting change with plenty of variety.

Joining the skilled team of local GPs at Williamstown Medical, you will be supported by the large team of experienced rural nurses and practice staff. With the ability to practice the full scope of rural medicine, this role offers fantastic work life balance for a VR GP who is passionate about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of their local community.
Standard work hours include up to 10 sessions per week. Consulting hours are between Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. No after hours or on call medical services are required in this role.
A postgraduate qualification relevant to general practice (e.g. Diploma of Child Health) is desirable, but not essential.
Supported by a team of experienced Registered Nurses and practice staff, the patient centred practice provides care to the residents of Williamstown and surrounding communities. The services the clinic provides to the local community includes:
Located nearby, the Gawler Health Service provides 24 hour accident and emergency, cardiology, chemotherapy, general surgery, and gastroenterology, as well as a wide range of other services.
