Your supports will be tailored to your circumstances and the location in which you are working.  Some locations have additional incentives and supports, such as access to the Five Year OTD program or retention grants.

Have a chat with us to explore all your options.

Once you are part of the resident rural GP workforce, there are many grants and services that will keep you supported professionally, such as the opportunity to attend local Medical Professional Development workshops, grants for ongoing clinical development and the award-winning SAVES after hours virtual emergency service that enables you to spend more time doing what you want to do after hours, and only attending for critical emergency presentations.

There are also opportunities for your partner to apply for a GP Partner grant to support their local connections and interests, and our Locum Program makes it possible to plan leave and take a well-deserved break.
