Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th July 2019
APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR medSPACE 2019.
If you are in Year 10 or 11 at one of SA’s rural high schools, RDWA’s medSPACE Residential Workshop can help you pursue your dream of becoming a Doctor.
The medSPACE Residential Workshop is a three-day program held in Adelaide from 9th to 11th July 2019 for up to 50 rural high school students from across South Australia.
The workshop gives you an opportunity to experience what it will be like to study medicine at university, spending time at both Flinders University and the University of Adelaide, learning about their medicine courses and taking part in practical clinical sessions. You will also be introduced to the pathways to study medicine at university and the admissions processes including the University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT).
Participants are provided with a fully funded program including travel, meals and accommodation, with supervision provided by RDWA staff and current medical students.
