If you are a medical, nursing or allied health professional working in rural or remote South Australia, the RDWA invites you to apply for a scholarship or bursary through the new Rural Health Workforce Scholarship Program.
The program is designed to improve access to health services for people living in remote and rural areas. It is available to eligible medical, nursing and allied health professionals working in primary health care.
Scholarships are available for formal postgraduate studies and will be awarded for up to two years.
Bursaries for training and up-skilling will be awarded as one-off payments to cover the cost of training or course fees, and/or cover or partially cover training related expenses.
The Applicant Information provides further details about eligibility, assessment of applications and conditions of awards, and can be viewed here.
