Are you keen to start exploring life as a Uni Student?
Each year universities in Adelaide hold open days to help you make university course selections and learn more about studying at Uni.
We know that the cost of travelling to Adelaide from SA’s country towns can mean that some people miss out on this really valuable experience, so RDWA wants to help you get there.
The University Open Day Grant offers up to $200 to help cover the costs of travel to Adelaide to attend a University Open Day if you are considering a future degree or career in health.
You are eligible to apply for the University Open Day Grant if you are a rural High School student in years 10,11, or 12.
You will need to be considering a degree for a career in health and be living and studying in one of SA’s rural communities.
A rural community is a location that is listed as MMM 2-7 within the Modified Monash Model (MMM). You can check if your home address is in MMM 2-7 by using the on-line tool here: Modified Monash Model.
For more information on eligibility please refer to the Applicant Guidelines.
A Health Degree can be any degree in medicine, nursing or allied health.
